Questions
What does “lifetime” mean?+
For as long as VisitTrack operates. You pay once and never get a renewal invoice. If we ever shut down, we'll give at least 90 days' notice and a full export of your data.
Can I stack codes?+
Yes. Each code (or each direct purchase) moves your account one tier up, to a maximum of 3. Buying directly? Upgrading later costs only the difference between tiers.
What happens if I go over my cap?+
Nothing breaks and no data is dropped. At 80% and 100% of your monthly events we'll show a banner with the options: stack another code, upgrade your tier, or switch to a monthly plan. If you stay over the cap for 30 days, the dashboard asks you to pick one before you continue — tracking keeps running the whole time. Session replays pause for the rest of the month once the replay quota is used.
Can I switch to a monthly plan later?+
Any time, from Billing. While a monthly plan is active it governs your limits; cancel it and your lifetime tier takes over again. Your lifetime deal is never lost by subscribing.
What's the refund policy?+
60 days, no questions asked. Refunding a code or a purchase removes the tier it added.
What's fair use?+
One account per buyer, for your own sites or your clients'. Reselling access, sharing an account across unrelated businesses, or automated abuse ends the deal.
